Check-In through the Web: 

To check in from the official website and get your boarding pass online, follow the below steps:

• Go to the Air France website,
• Click on the Check-In option available on the homepage,
• Enter your reference No. and Flight No.,
• Click on the Check-in button
• Now select the flight
• You’ll get options to choose your seat or continue with the allotted seat
• Select according to your preference. 
• After completing the check-in process
• Select the mode where you want to receive your boarding pass: Email or SMS
• Tap the Print option if needed.

Check-In through Mobile App:

If you wish to check in online through your phone, download the Air France app and log in with your account. To start the check-in process, open the app and click on the Check-in option; enter the required ticket details and select the flight you want to check in. After completing all the procedures, you can now download your boarding pass.

Check-In by Kiosk:

The Kiosk is a self-service Check-in feature available at the airport where passengers can check in by themselves. To check in through Kiosk, you need to enter your Last name & Booking Reference Number, select a seat, go through the terms & conditions and tick on Agree option. Now you can collect your boarding pass.

Check-In at Airport:

Reach the airport 2-3 hours before your flight departure to complete the check-in process smoothly. Keep all the required documents with you to verify your identity. Go to the Check-in counter, and submit the documents to the official. After the verification, they will issue your boarding pass, which includes all the travel details like flight and seat number and departure time of the flight.

Online Check-in Policy of Air France

• One cannot check in online if traveling with a baby
• One must check in within 30 minutes of the flight’s departure, online or offline.
• Special needs passengers should check in at the airport only.
